About

Jack Wilkinson is a rock n' roller whose journey began in 2007.  Jack was selected as one of twelve contestants to perform at the Star Wars Celebration IV in Los Angeles, winning first prize and a life-sized clonetrooper that currently resides in his room. In 2008, he released his debut album Down the Road to great acclaim, selling more than 500 copies since its release. The following year, the producers on NBC’s America’s Got Talent got wind of Jack’s music and flew him to L.A. to play his song The Ballad of Anakin Skywalker for their MySpace special at the famous Orpheum Theatre. Jack performed to a roaring crowd of 2,000+ people. Jack’s most recent album, The Wilkinson E.P. (2016) was recorded with the first inception of  The Elders as he blended hard rock and literature to create a unique piece of music.  Jack is the original founder of The Elders along with his good friend Geed Wilde, Bassist.

Geed has been an active, talented musician since 2006. He has written many songs, recorded on a dozen albums, and has toured extensively as well. He plays bass for bands on a full time basis, and has made a career for himself in music. After playing in various projects, he has landed into Jack Wilkinson and the Elders, where he currently find himself as a bassist and writer for the project. There's always an adventure in the world of Geed, and that doesn't seem to be stopping anytime soon.

Jimmy Rockstar  is a formidable guitar player vocalist, lyricist, and overall talented musician. He has written several songs, recorded on many albums, and has toured regionally as well. He plays lead guitar and has made a career for himself in the music industry as both an instructor and performer. His tastes in music are as eclectic and diverse as what he has performed throughout the last 20 years. He has a degree in music (emphasis in jazz guitar performance) from the University of Utah. The Elders are lucky to have such a talented and humble member of the band who really adds a unique element to the style and energy of the songs we perform.

Zack Argyle has been playing drums since a pubescent kid and really started honing his skills in high school.  He is one of the most dedicated drummers we have had the pleasure to play with, practicing 3-5 times a week.  He, too, writes songs ...um...with a quirky and entertaining slant to them. He sings backing vocals as well. His special brand of humor and creativity has led to the branding of The Elders, creating a uniform and unabashed look to the band.  His tastes in music range from classic rock, to rap, metal/deathmetal, and perhaps his favorite, polyrhythmic and polymetric music genres like Tool, Puscifer, Slipknot, and Deftones.  We embrace Zack's style and provide chances for him to "do his thing" at each show.
